The Rocks and the Water

Been very frustrated with astro stuff lately - most due to cloud of course. You know how it is... cloudy this morning, then it clears. So I get the scope out and set up for some solar work. Conditions look good so I go for the camera... sky clouds over. Wait patiently for a few hours but won't clear. Looks like rain so I pack the scope up. Then it clears again!

So here are a few terrestrial photos I took this arvo while walking the dog around the shores of Lake Oberon.

The dam happens to be very low so there's quite a few exposed rocks etc.

All photos captured in raw mode on the Oly C5060WZ. Minimal processing and saved for the web in PS CS2.

Al.
