Absolutely not some good spray and wipe and soft cloth/tissue will do the job perfect, don't be so afraid of all these coatings as most manufactures suggest, they are tougher than you think..

First get a Giotto Blower and blow the hard partials away and then give it a good spray and wipe.

It will shine and do no damage

Don't use Windex, I did once on my Primary mirror and it left a blue film behind, had to wash it off with a few drops of Dawn dish washing detergent and water.

No surely not.

Isopropyl alchohol in distilled water and a rocket blower maybe with single use lint free dabbing material to absorb. No rubbing.

Misheard that. Starizona said methanol not methylated. The point is that alcohols and methanols I have found have impurities that deposit on the glass and which you can see inspecting with a loupe.
