Moving to QLD!!!!!!!

Hi everyone,

Well just thought I would let you all know that from the 1st of March I will be back home in QLD.

I packed up the scope today which was quite upsetting as I will miss my dark skies here but look forward to seeing what kind of views I get up north.

Wish you all well & keep the XXXX on ice for me!

Yeah moving to Carindale so will miss seeing all my little dim stars

but I can still see M42.

Will end up buying a bit north of Brisbane later on though, hopefully some acreage.

We look forward to welcoming you home Mike. Our monthly gettogethers at Cambroon are a lot closer from Carindale than Wagga Wagga.

But then north of BrisVegas is even closer

Thats one other thing Im looking forward to, it's fairly quite here on the observing night get-to-gethers.

I suppose you won't miss the cold. Dunno about that xxxx stuff, I'd recommend Boags myself.

I wouldn't mind the move myself, If I were a little closer to retirement. HRH would be there in a flash.
