Smile I'm impressed!

Some time ago I asked at Bintel if they could get some replacement rubber rings for the focuser knobs of my Orion ED80.

No reply!

Finally, I Emailed direct to Orion, or more correctly Telescope.com and enquired about these same rubber rings.
I have just received a reply telling me that they will supply new ones under waranty. Now how good is that?

Foiled again Moriarty

Well just when I thought fortune was smiling, Telescope.com emailed me to say "sorry, but we can not mail out of North America ask Bintel to get them."
You'd think the '.com.au' on the end of my email address would have told them something in the first place.
'not happy Jane! '

Well lets see what response I get from the email I sent to Bintel.
