PGR Flea3 USB3 1.3mp Mono Camera

Up for sale is my rarely used Point Grey Research Flea3 USB3 mono high speed camera. Compact size and lightweight, perfect for lunar and some planetary, mono or LRGB imaging. Model#:FL3-U3-13Y3M-C
  • 1280 x 1024 up to 150 FPS
  • On Semi VITA1300 CMOS
  • Global shutter
  • Mono
  • C-mount
  • Sensor format 1/2"
  • Partial Image Modes Pixel binning, ROI

Comes with USB 3.0 Super Speed data transfer cable (works on USB 2.0 but you won't get optimal high speed data transfer) tripod mount adapter and C mount 1.25" eyepiece adapter. Software can be downloaded from the PGR website, then install your capture software.

New price is over $800US just for the camera with tripod mount.

Price is $500 Australia wide which includes postage, packaging and tracking number. Insurance is optional at buyers expense. It will be packed securely Express Post.

No ASCOM drivers for Point Grey cameras so they are problematic to use for guiding, but for lunar/planetary imaging they are very good. I use my Point Grey camera with Firecapture

Ah right, that shouldn't be too much of a problem for me. Was thinking more for solar work as well.
