Coulter Optical 12.5mm 1.25" "volcano top" Orthoscopic, with end caps - $75 + postage
University Optics 40mm 2" Koning II (variation of Erfle-type, 68deg f.o.v.), with end caps - $80 + postage. Very compact for a 2" wide-field eyepiece.
Skywatcher 25mm 1.25" Plossl, with end caps - $20 + postage
Unbranded 1.25" 2X Barlow ("long-type", not suitable for use with a diagonal) - $15 +postage
