SBIG ST-4000XCM dual chip colour ccd with AO-8 adaptive optics

Hi everyone,

I have for sale my limited edition SBIG ST-4000XCM dual chip colour ccd with AO-8 adaptive optics. It is in great condition and all of the optical surfaces are very clean. It has an internal guiding chip also so there is no need for a separate guide scope or OAG. All the specs for the camera can be viewed here:

http://www.atscope.com.au/sbig/st4000xcmi.html

It comes with all cords, cables, power supply etc and also in a very large pelican case with wheels and handle. It runs perfectly through CCDOps from SBIG or Maxim DL.

I am looking for $2000 + postage.

I will post some pics soon but as you know they will look very similar to those in the link.

Thanks for looking,
Lucas

Pics Added

Camera pics added to the initial post. As you can see the pelican case is quite large at 600 x 450 x 250mm. I have now added a picture as a request taken with this camera last night. It is a single 10 minute sub at -15C of M42 using an IDAS-LPS-D1 filter which has had a single flat frame applied, stretched and hot pixels removed. It shows the camera is in perfect working order and points to consider are:

1. It's only a single sub and the core is blown obviously by the long sub length
2. The moon was up and almost full
3. It was only at about 30 degrees altitude.

Regards,
Lucas
