EQ5 Mount (Price Drop)

Hi,

I have forsale an EQ5 mount (aluiminium tripod) fitted with duel axis drive motors. Mount is in good condition - the only missing component is the safety nut on the end of the counter-weight shaft. The mount is brown but is equavalent to the white one sold by Bintel:

http://www.bintel.com.au/Mounts---Tr...oductview.aspx

New price from Bintel is $459 + $189 for the motors.

Asking price is $280 (price drop) plus postage. Local inspection / pickup most welcome.

thanks for looking,
Paul.

Dumb newbie question.

Is it possible to attach a ballhead to this type of mount?

Cheers

Hi kev,

Not exactly sure but the mount has a vixen style clamp . so you could attach your
Ball mount to a plate like this:

Bye for now,
Paul
