That's a sensational 6744 Warren. Really sharp and detailed.Its quite a dim galaxy so its also a very deep image of this one.
Its one of the best southern galaxies done really really well.

Hi, Warren,
The Cerro Tololo seeing must be quite astonishing. That bottom right spiral arm must be seriously faint and hard to image in such detail.
How long were the exposures?
Silly question: What percentage of nights are clear up there?

wow, ultra sharp and detailed. Nice inky black background, makes it pop. Overwhelmingly excellent number of diffraction spikes on that bright star, that in itself is a huge scource of entertainment
