Cleaning lenses in a polarscope
The polarscope in my Polaris mount badly needs a clean. In rebuilding the mount recently, I obviously got grease on the lenses.
I've tried the various options for cleaning eyepieces but not completely successful.
I'm going to have to disassemble the thing to get at the grease on the reticle and insides of the lenses.
Any suggestions as to the best way to get the various components clean?
