NGC 2264 - Cluster and Nebula

NGC 2264 - Open cluster and Nebula, Monocero Constellation, also known as Cone Nebula or Christmas Tree Custer. This image has 30 x 4 min (2 hours), from 01 e 02 Dez/2014, with about 60-70% of Moon.

It is a very nice cluster althoug very difficult to shot. The result will be very different if you use different filters.

I must try it again without the presence of the Moon to get more contrast and details from the nebula.

As you say it is a nice looking cluster and you have done a great job imaging it. Looking forward to seeing what you get with no moon.
