Yep, that was done by the club I belong to Phoenix. It took many man hours of voluntary labout to complete and is an awesone site.
About the only thing I did to help was water the newly planted grass on a couple of occasion while waiting for the sun to go down
See my avatar has an overlay with it. It's worth visiting if your ever down this way. It's an impressive structure. Although more educational than anything else.
