Bad reporting re solar eclipe

I hope no one tries looking at the sun with just sunglasses!

It's still there when I go to the page, it's in bold right under the first image.
I emailed them but I doubt they'll do anything.

yep you're right Hugh, i missed it the second time, i saw it the first time - before firing up ice inspace , but couldn't see it next time around when i clicked on the link..

They've removed the bit about viewing it wearing sunnies but they're now recommending welders glass...

While you should never look at the sun directly because of the damage it can cause to your eyes this time it won't be quite as bad as the Sun will be so low in the sky when the eclipse starts it will probably be just a red ball. In which case dark glasses should be OK for a quick glimpse as all the harmful rays will be deflected upwards.

HOWEVER BEST YOU DON'T TAKE THE RISK!
