It works when motion/heat is picked up by sensor,and then takes photos or video.
It is an advanced 'Black Flash' model,i.e there is no red glow,or white flash at night,this means it can take photos/video and go completely undetected by human/animal eye.The camera can be used around home for security purposes.
Uses 12 AA size AKLALINE or LITHIUM batteries,I've only ever used cheapies-see image-and works well.Lithiums would allow over twelve months of use,along with using a 32 GB size SD card,works fine with 8 or 16 GB size SD cards as well.
Lots of fun,and useful work can be done with this camera.Full audio sound is recorded.comes with strap to tie to tree/posts etc,Also instruction booklet
