Vixen VMC95L odd collimation issues

Ok I will do my best here! I have had a Vixen VMC95l that I purchased for a guide scope. I have never been able to get good collimation with stars looking more like comets.. No so bad for guiding, but today I wanted to do something about it... I have had others look at this scope including the Tech at the society. I am using an artificial star and have noticed that if I get collimation in the centre of the view the outer objects are out of wack. IE if I move the star to one side the collimation goes out and in reverse the other way?? I also notice that if I go out of focus one way and get the collimation set, as soon as I go to focus and beyond in the other direction the collimation is out... I have also noticed that when looking through the scope in daylight the image is never really clear and crisp..

I have opened the scope and the mirror is fine as the scope is only 18months old from new.. I have tested to see if the mirrors are square in their mounts and they seem fine... I just don't seem to be able to get this scope to work...

Any ideas from others that have had these issues, or am I just missing something?

This scope has never been good from day one and others have had not been able to collimate.... I know I have a 5 year warranty on the item, but I purchased this is the USA when I was on my way to Alaska... Not sure if I will get any local backup...Hmmmm

Regards
Mardy
