If you can stretch to buy new there 'was' a sale on the entire Panoptic range at OPT telescopes in the US. I am not sure if they are still on sale though.

If you can find something else you might want to combine with the EP you maximise your saving on the shipping cost.

I am ideally hoping to get one cheaper 2nd hand but this is very handy to know where to get the EP new as a last resort if need be.

A 2nd hand 24Pan has come up for sale - not sure whether you consider it cheap enough compared to new but it is there as an option.
