The Qualifying session for the F1 begins at 22:00 AEST on Saturday night but
coverage by ONE HD does not show as starting until 22:05 AEST.
The delay appears to be due to coverage of the Australia v South Africa rugby match.
There may be other interruptions owing to the election.
Plus its a "New Moon" observing weekend so some might be running in and out of the
house.
Coverage of the race itself is on TEN on Sunday night stating at 21:30.
Though it forecast to be overcast on the Saturday, rain is predicted on Sunday which
should liven up things a little but probably won't dampen the spirits of the Italian
fans who turn out en masse predominantly to support Ferrari.
Things can always be hairy through the chicane of Variante del Rettifilio
which is at the end of the main starting straight. Braking from over 300km/h
down the straight and then attempting to overtake the car in front
through the chicane doesn't always go to plan.
Drivers are on full throttle for some 77% of the circuit.
Vettel and Alonso have both won at Monza twice.
In the last ten races at Monza, four have included the safety car coming out.
