Video Astronomy with cheap CCD board camera

Hi all, I recently got back into astronomy and purchased a 10" GSO dob, astrophotography was what I really wanted to get into but it was a little too hard to fork out $3000 for a "cheap" setup at the moment.
Anyway I went with a 10" dob for now... I've had some delays in getting my T2 adapter sorted out and im also quite impatient

So the other day I come across - this youtube video - which got me thinking about some old cameras I had lying around in the garage...
Long story short I popped one of my "low light" board cameras - This model - into a little tupperware plastic thing I had laying around and I was quite impressed at the views!

Can anyone tell me if one of those Samsung SCC-A2333 type cameras will produce nice colorful images on my screen without a tracker?
In the 1st youtube video I linked, the telescope is on a tracker and moving around the sky, just want to know if I could get those types of videos with a simple dob?

Anyway here is a quick video I made up of the Sun, Moon and M6 or 7 ... im not too sure yet lol

Cheers!
