Does anyone know anything about "borg" helical focusers? There is one listed here

which can be used with this adapter

to fit into a 1.25" eyepeice holder.
I've ordered an Orion 150mm Mak, which only takes 1.25" eyepieces, but I am a bit concerned that racking the primary mirror back and forth might prove frustrating when it comes time to get that focus razor-sharp.
The Mak won't take any crayford focuser, or any 2" adapter, so I suspect that I have to borg-ify the Mak if the focus knob is too coarse.
Any advice on helical focusers in general, and this model in particular?
