Hi-res Moon – Brisbane 28th April 2013

Hello,

Here are a few images of our neighbour, the Moon, taken with the ASI120MM CCD camera. The seeing varied considerably over the session with one or two AVIs enjoying some very stable moments.

All taken with a Tak Mewlon 180 F12, Tak 1.6 Extender and ASI120MM CCD camera. Captured with SharpCap, Aligned & Stacked in AutoStakkert, Wavelets in Registax 5 and finishing in CS6

Cheers

Dennis

Yep, thats certainly hi-res. Super work Dennis. I didn't realize you had the ASI camera, with the wider field, reckon it would work well hunting down the denizens of the Solar System.

Well done
Regards
Trevor
