I bought this years ago trying to fit this onto one of my telescopes
I added 4 holes at the bottom of the flat base when I tried to fit it- see picture- these have ben done carefully - no adverse effect on focuser
There are some scratches which I tried to touch up on top see picture
The focuser mechanically is perfect as I never used it- one screw for the extension adaptor to hold the eyepiece is missing
