SOLar action from 30 March 2013

do have a heap of data to process but here is the first teaser... taken this morning (then clouded over on and off )

Lunt 60 DS, 2.4 vixen barlow and processed in Autostakkert2 then registax 6 then PS

still like to stick up both - in case i stuffed up and one looks better than the other. I am glad you like the colour version though

Thanks for the pics Dave cloudy all day here.Was just thinking the guys on Solarchat seem to get great results with 60-70mm aperture using a 1.6x Barlow for optimal sharpness.

thanks Derek - i got the 2.4 from Myastro as i was after a barlow at the time and Steve suggested it - so who has the 1.6 barlow?
