My attempt of the Moon tonight. No t-ring/mount so I was pretty impressed!

Taken with a 25mm.

Also can anyone tell me what's wrong with the edges of the Moon? What would be causing this? --Cause I took it through the eye-piece?

You need to clarify your question... are you talking about the "wavy" edge of the moon?

If so... atmospheric distortion. Very common... not much you can do about it when you shoot an individual frame.

Yeah the wavy/jagged bit.
