Kudos for Gary Kopff and Wildcard Innovations.

In a previous post I mentioned that my Keyspan serial2USB hub spat the dummy and went belly up with a TUSB3401 error showing in the control panel. I ordered another serial2USB hub but on the off chance as I could not contact the Australian distributor I called Gary Kopff whom I originally purchased the connector from.
He asked my details and phone number and rang me back within the hour to say that he had been in contact with the US and they were sending me a replacement immediately without charge.
I was almost floored when Gary gave me the news as not only did Keyspan stand behind their product but Gary had beyond the call arranged for its replacement.
I have great admiration for both companies and wanted to publically thank Gary for his diligence on my behalf. And thats why we should support local suppliers.
