Astronomik Filter question

Hi All

What is the practical difference (other than the price) between a normal Astronomik filter and one with CCD on it. Does the "CCD" in the title mean it works better with a camera.

Ive been using a CCD one with eyepieces and it works fine.

thx

Pete

I think the CCD CLS version has an integrated IR blocker and the normal CLS doesn't.
