Tips

Hi Mark,
Some info on your scope would be good. Do you have a dob, refractor, SCT as the focal ratio is important with the DBK21. I tried some images a few weeks ago with my DBK21 and SCT (F10). The image was good but I only had a small amount of the nebula to work with. So small I went and bought a Canon450D. If you have a SCT then you will certainly need a guide scope or keep shots under 20 seconds get about 40 for starting out and run through DSS. I have attached my image of the nebula with my DBK21. Cant help you with other types of scopes but all will be pretty much the same with the except for the focal ratio. If you need anything futher let me know I may be able to help.
