Green lights over Brisbane!!!

OK, all you BrisVegus people, what's the story?

It was just on the news (11:10pm) that a green light with a green tail was seen by thousands. It was apparently gliding across the Brisbane skyline?

Anyone see it and can explain what it looked like?

Post all your pictures here before you give them to the News Networks.

We won't pay for them, but they will be broadcast all over the world via the net from here before the TV gets them broadcast over Australia.

I was out tonight in Hahndorf, South Australia looking at Jupiter and saw a bright shooting star around 8pm - related?
It lasted only a couple of seconds though, but sounded exactly like the TV news description Ken.
It cut through the southern cross before burning out.
Cheers
Doug

Dunno if it's related Doug.

Eyewitnesses said it wasn't going very fast. Even the cops saw it.
