I have a modern 6 x 6 x 1.8M all steel roll off Obs. with 5 piers for rent to anyone who wants to install remote telescopes, at my home on 5 acres under Bortle 2, SQM 26.9 skies in SE Qld.
Attached to the main building is is 3 x 6M control room with mains and 12VDC regulated power supply and a roof that has a magnetic stop .
All you would need is a weather station and a Boltwood cloud and dDw sensor and a simple Cat 6 cable to the roof motor.
