NGC 6188 - Rim Nebula - Fighting Dragons of Ara

NGC 6188 is a colourful emission nebula located in the southern constellation Ara. It is known as the Rim Nebula, but often called the Fighting Dragons of Ara due to the bright centre part looking like two dragon heads facing each other.

Constellation: Ara

Object Type: Emission Nebula

Distance: 4,000 light-years away

Magnitude: 5.2

Discovery: 1836 by John Herschel

I never succeed capturing anything under a full moon other than the full moon and an occasional moth.

Only 3000 views but only 1 comment, I don't understand that, is it a good image or just people can't be bothered anymore

Yours is a very good image, and, yes, it appears that people cannot be bothered commenting. Sad but true.
