Have a read of this old thread Warren and give the router another try.
Server timing out??

post#3 was able to clear his problem by powering down the router for a couple of minutes.
This will allow the router to totally clear its cache once the small internal backup power (capacitors) gets depleted.
As we all know Leon is our resident IIS tech guru.
