I'm after someone to mill down the vanes of my VC200L scope. The spider vanes on this scope are ~5mm thick and consequently bright stars appear like diamonds.
There are many reports of people successfully milling down the vanes on these scopes and improving the roundness of stars in their images.
The vanes are made of cast aluminium. I would like them milled down to 2mm thick. I am fortunate to have been given a spare set of vanes (thanks Allan), so can experiment on them without too much fear.
