Thanks Marc! I don't use to blend Ha and/or OIII directly to a channel. What I do instead in PS is to add to the RGB a layer with the narrowband monochrome image, add a clipping mask "Hue and Saturation" on the narrowband, than check "colorize" box, set hue (Ha=350 OIII=192), saturation (100%), luminosity (-50) and than change the blending of the monochrome (now colorized) to "lighten". You can than experiment with curves and even retouching the hue of the narrowband you are adding to find the result that better matches your taste and goals.
That gives a much better control on the addition of NB to RGB..
You can see this technique described in several places in the net, (here is a good tutorial, I use lighten instead of screen for blending).
