The moon made things a little difficult but the shielding of the observatory really helps with this sort of situation. There is more in the image that I can Sidonio it to death.

I'm currently working on a very minimalist approach to this image. The 5" is one of two unbranded evaluation scopes that Steve Massey imported several years ago that eventually became the Meade 127mm apo. Hand figured with Japanese glass. There is no reducer/flattener in the train as it doesn't need one.
