I had long hair for 7 years, down to my backside. Also had a real job at a Nuke Power Station.
The top brass always used to ask when was getting a haircut and my reply was always when I get a real job. Forget which song those words come from.
Now that my hair is short i must be honest and say I dont miss it at all.
Especially when sleeping as invariably the pony tail would get trapped somewhere and when you roll over you almost break your neck, Not to mention all the other hassles and tribulations. I have thick strong hair. My pony tail is in my cupboard in a plait that is about 65cm long.
Now if you have thin weak hair and balding on top then I guess you have a puny tail which may not be a hassle at all.
Perhaps we should start new thread for pics of all the long and short haired aging hippies. Thank god I never wanted to be a pilot.
