Welcome back David

Nice glob there and stars haven’t been affected too much by LP and this big ol moon that’s up at the moment
Shame about your street light but look what I have to put with at my Sydney imaging location which is Bortle 8 ( more like Bortle 9 if you factor in all that flood light glare ) My neighbours flood lights stay on most nights until late and no one is in the backyard plus on the other side my neighbours 2 storey recently completed Clarendon Home has a zillion exterior lights all over it that serve no purpose at all other than light up the homes brick walls as if it were a display home. Tarps from Bunnings have been my primary line of defence next to 3nm Narrowband filters. All my exterior lighting has movement sensors and timers to avoid wasted light energy when not in use and baffles to minimise light spill. Pity my neighbours don’t consider the affects of artificial lighting the same way.
Unfortunately we don’t have a good working relationship with our neighbours ( even though I have tried )
Fortunately I have an Observatory down the South Coast of NSW under Bortle 3 skies ( my Astro getaway and retirement haven )

Looking forward to seeing more of your work once this inclement weather buggers off.

Clear Skies
Martin
