Any recommendations for a cheap but not totally crap eyepiece that I can use when kids are looking thru my scope?

The main criteria are:

1) Decent eye relief, and

2) Wide angle (at least 60°)

Anyone using the Bintel Superview 15mm?

Viewing would be thru an 80mm scope and almost exclusively be of the moon as I want to show them the different phases. The kids are 3 and 4 years old.

Will happily consider any offers to sell!

Thanks

Morton

15mm SuperView is fantastic! I love mine & still use it. Great eye relief, nice big eye lens for novices/kids to look into, & 68* AFOV so head positioning is not critical. An EP that won't disappoint. No "Panoptic", but for less than $60 it can't be beat.

Thanks Alex.

Have found several reviews saying that this is about the best of the budget eyepieces.

Wanted ad about to be placed!

Yeah, I'll probably head to Bintel at the weekend unless someone has an old one for sale before hand.

Yeah, I have a 15mm superview. Not a bad eyepiece. Will do the job nicely.
