Looking for dome track design

Greetings,
I am after a set of plans for a dome that I can scale to around 3m diameter but, specifically, information on the rotation interface between the base plate of the dome and the building. Initially manual operation but with scope (haha) for automation if possible. Any advice/info greatly appreciated.
