Got SkyMap 2.3 for my windows phone. Best of all the windows phone star apps imo.
The have live tiles to show the rise ans set times for the sun, moon jupiter, venus etc...
I also wanted a saturn live tile so I messaged them and received a reply within hours stating they'd have it in there for me in the next release...
