Virtual Dub animation question

OK, I've now spent hours getting my ToV series all aligned and rotation issues sorted however Virtual Dub doesn't seem to want to play nicely any more.

I created an initial animation with the same frames no problem using Virtual Dub however after fixing up the alignment and rotation issues in the indiviaual frames it doesn't seem to want to load the entire sequence now and will only play back a few frames. :mad2:

Just wondering if anyone else has expereinced this and has a solution? I've got 262 aligned BMP files just busting to become an AVI!

Startrails.de also creates animations.

It was the way I was opening the files. Drag and drop worked when the date/time were all sequential however I had edited some of the last files to tidy up rotation. I then used open video files and it worked fine.
