CGEM/EQ 6 Pier adaptor plate

So I have the drainage pipe I am going to fill with concrete as my pier, and the man is ostensibly starting the deck extension this weekend to make it a floating deck around the pier, but the adaptor plates I can see online for CGEM/EQ 6 are from Dan's Pier Plates, Starizona or Altair astro in the UK, none of which post to Australia.
Any one know where I can lay my hands on a pier plate adaptor in these shores?
Or else anyone point in in the direction of a design I can give to a shop to make?

I originally got the attached diagram and photo from here but I don't know where. I used the diagram to have a hole cut in my top plate and a hole drilled for the azimuth post.
