Stoopid Photoshop question - overlaying shorter exposed core

I'm blaming the clouds for having such litle opportunity to process data for having forgotten this!

I have a 2min exposure of the Tarantula and want to overlay that core on to the 5min sub I have but can't remember how to do it

Doh!

Also, the 5min sub is the background that shows it's locked - is that a drama?
