Hello everyone.
Yes, we have seen this a few times so this is my attempt at it.
About 21 hours in all, taken with the 17" CDK and Astrodon NB filters (3nm OIII).

Wow!excellent contrast and detail Martin....the composition?well,I think It needs a 4 panel mosaic for that one.

That dark dust lane is amazingly detailed, black dust patches show such fine detail.

That's a fantastic image. The level of detail is amazing, looks to be very high resolution. The structure in the pillars and Bok globules is outstanding.
It's really impressive, thanks for the view.

Stupendous, Martin! And the palette straight from a Van Gogh painting (orange/blue). I too love all the detail in the dust, especially the sharp edges, the bok globules etc. SO much going on in there.

That's pretty special. Reminds me of a HST narrow band shot of the keyhole nebula that I love. So much details. Great stuff. :thumbsup:
