Back in the late '80s I remember reading at least one article on imaging satellites. I remember seeing a photo of a huge video camera hanging off the back of a fork mounted C8...

Has anyone had a go at imaging satellites? What gear did you use and how successful was it? In these days of ISS and shuttles it could be interesting.

I can remember someone had imaged the ISS with the shuttle attached through a 12" LX200, from memory it used to be on the Meade website, I also remember the same photo in S&T or one of those magazines.

Big storms down here tonight.

Yes... unfortunately I'm clouded in here as well tonight... There were some storms about this arvo, but they passed by without even dropping rain...
