Windows 7 32 or 64 bit?

I am running Windows 7. How do I tell if it is 32 or 64 bit?

I wish to download Avistack and the downloads are different for 32 and 64 bit windows. I don't know which one to download.

from the start button, open control panel
then open system
info should be there
