Flash problem or ?

morning all

the problem is this my comp crashed again the other day and had to reinstall windoze xp pro ect ect

now i notice that my avatar and all the smillies wont move ? (change)

ive installed flash player and that seems to work on other sites ive cleared the cache

has anyone got anymore possible ideas :)

have got the latest java installed as well :)
