Graceful Tree Frog (Litoria gracilenta)

only grows to 40-45 mm long.much smaller than what it

appears in this image.

I took this on Monday night, just before we got another 5 inches of rain.

Very distinctive call- aaaare, aaaare.

Skin under chin buldges out when out call made, looks like bubble gum

being blown.

I wonder who chose this for Brisbane's Fauna Emblem?

Taken using a 60 mm Macro lens and a 50D (all canon) and a ex 430 Flash

with a plastic $2 diffuser.

Comments and critique welcomed.I am thinking frogs are not a great macro
photography subject on this forum.Or did I do something dreadfully wrong with the image in CS 5?

I will be getting back into insect and spider photography soon.

Nice and sharp Chris, but perhaps a bit green for my liking. Did you push the saturation in PS?
