I picked one of these up last week and thought I post that it is one of the best kits I've put together in 35 years hanging off a soldering iron.
They have a step by step of what to put on the board next and even had all the resistors lined up on tape, in order of the construction info. Of course it originates in Germany and if it is wrong it vill be flogged :P
This is the board used by the dome driver software (http://www.dppobservatory.net/DomeAutomation/DomeDriver.htm).
It worked first go and comes with source code for most major languages.
KV3600 (http://www.jaycar.com.au/productView.asp?ID=KV3600&keywords=kv3600&form=KEYWORD)is the jaycar code for it. $69.95.
