Mass Storage Device Help Needed

Got a few issues where I want to update the H/C firmware, and would appreciate a little help, off group. Anyone out there with a bit of knowledge, any help via PM, or better still g.beal@xnet.co.nz appreciated.

Topic check - you want a mass storage device - like an external hard drive or a NAS, or you want help upgrading the hand controller of some mount?

Bit of both actually Matthew, it was a H/C that needed updating, but the PC saw it as a Mass Storage Device.
I am sorted now though, spoke with the supplier and got the lead on how to.
