I have two photos almost identical, with a slight change in each that I want to animate. How do I do this?

Lots of ways Barry but my primitive way is PaintShopPro Animation
(it is part of PSPro)
Fairly intuitive, you can drag the files around until they line up on a
common registration crosshair, view the anim, set the interval etc.
Makes an AVI or GIF.

It it's reasonably small you can do an animated GIF file otherwise load 2 JPEGs and do a quick javascript rollover like so (very simplistic and you can use any size):

Thanks everyone. As I said, i just went to a site, uploaded the two images and it did it for me. Save to my computer and I can use it anywhere.
I'm glad I posted though, because it has brought some techniques out of the woodwork that others may find particularly useful!
