Can anyone help me to get my TV card mentioned above to work in OpenSuse 11.2 or suggest a Linux OS that will just do it. I have everything working on the system but I have followed all the tutorials and installed every TV related software that I have read about but I just cant get it to work. I am trying to get it to work then I don't have to shell out money to Microsoft for Win 7 bit tight in the money situation ATM I will eventually get Win 7 as I really like it but if I could get linux to play nice with my TV card I could be convinced to forget about windows on the Desktop completely. I have tried Mythbuntu with no luck but I admit it was a few years ago.
Any help gratefully accepted:thanx:

The various MythTV distros keep getting better. Just check if they support the card. It all depends on whether it uses a known chipset, or if the manufacturer won't provide any information on it.
If it is supported and you can't find packages for OpenSuse you can always build your own. There's a wall over there to beat you head against.
